There is a 20 port 1000 GB router and a 5 port POE router. Most rooms are wired with 2 COAX video cables terminating in the wire closet. This allows for distribution of high quality video, such as the my over the air antenna installed and linked to the video distribution panel. There are new wifi extenders throughout the house so there is great reception. Very 'James Bond' The backyard walls are finished with stucco. The block walls are reinforced with two scratch coats and finished with stucco. It is primed with high quality primer and finished with 2 coats of Farrow and Ball Paint, copper plumbing throughout, upgraded electrical in last seven years.
